The system consists of two integrated process groups – bulk material dosing and weighing. Depending on the properties of the material being handled, dosing is carried out using screw conveyors, vibratory feeders, or spiral conveyors. The weighed quantity is measured using either cyclic load-cell weighing systems or volumetric weighing systems, depending on the type of material.

The systems operate automatically based on information from the central control system. High dosing accuracy is achieved through proven control algorithms and speed regulation of the dosing conveyors using frequency converters. The weighing hoppers are of a special design that minimizes the influence of external factors on the weighing process and ensures complete discharge of the weighed material. For weight evaluation, the scales are mounted on load cells or, in the case of volumetric weighing, equipped with level sensors.

These systems are designed according to the specific requirements of the customer. In addition to the design itself, the scope of supply includes the manufacture of process equipment components, installation, electrical systems including process control, commissioning, and calibration of the system.
